This means the curriculum is co-designed and co-delivered by IBM experts. Unlike a standard degree, this program integrates IBM’s industry-standard software, case studies, and professional certifications directly into your four-year academic journey.
Yes. Upon successful completion of specific modules, students receive digital badges and certificates from IBM that are recognized globally. This is in addition to the B.Tech degree awarded by the University.
While a standard CSE degree covers general software and hardware, this program specializes in Digital Security and Investigative Techniques. By partnering with IBM, we integrate industry-standard tools, real-world case studies, and a curriculum that evolves with the current threat landscape.
The collaboration provides several high-value advantages:
Digital Forensics is the process of uncovering and interpreting electronic data. The goal is to preserve any evidence in its most original form while performing a structured investigation by collecting, identifying, and validating digital information to reconstruct past events.
Beyond the core CSE subjects (Data Structures, OS, DBMS), students will dive into:
Graduates are prepared for high-demand roles, including:
Yes, there is a global shortage of cybersecurity experts. With the rise of digital banking, e-commerce, and remote work, every major corporation (from Google and Amazon to Government Intelligence agencies) requires specialized teams to protect their data and investigate breaches.
Students have access to specialized Cybersecurity Labs equipped with tools for network monitoring, malware analysis, and forensic imaging. The labs are designed to simulate real-world cyber-attack scenarios in a controlled, "sandbox" environment.
Absolutely. The program is NEP 2020 aligned, emphasizing research-driven learning. The mathematical rigor and theoretical foundations provided make students excellent candidates for advanced research in areas like Quantum Computing security or AI-driven threat detection.
