Program Overview

B.Tech program in Computer Science and Engineering at DYPIU is a four-year full-time course with innovative multi-track specialization options in emerging areas. This program has been designed after worldwide consultations with researchers as well as representatives from various universities, industries, and start-ups.

Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)
  • To prepare globally competent graduates having strong fundamentals and domain knowledge to provide effective solutions.
  • To prepare committed and motivated graduates with research attitude, lifelong learning, investigative approach, and multidisciplinary thinking.
  • To prepare the graduates with strong managerial and communication skills to work effectively as individuals as well as in teams.
  • To prepare the graduates to work as committed professionals with strong professional ethics and values, sense of responsibilities, understanding of legal, safety, health, societal, cultural and environmental issues.

After successful completion of Bachelors of Technology in Computer science engineering, the graduates are able:

Eligibility Criteria

Duration - 4 years

Qualifying Examination:
  • Passed 10+2 examination with Physics & Mathematics AND one of the subjects from the following:
  • Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology / Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship
  • Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together
  • In addition to this, the applicant must have qualified at least one engineering entrance examination like MHT-CET 2026/JEE 2026/Other State or National Level Engineering Entrance Exam of 2026 / PERA 2026 / Entrance Test Conducted by DYPIU
  • Candidates are selected based on entrance test score and merit
B. Tech CSE Fee Structure
  • Tuition fee - Rs. 1,30,000/- per semester
  • Registration fee - Rs. 2,500/- per semester
  • Caution Deposit - Rs. 10,000/- (refundable at the end of the program)

  4. ERP Registration:
    • 1. Download the COLLPOLL app on mobile.
    • 2. The official ID will be generated for each valid candidate and login credentials will be provided to the student.
    • 3. Login credentials for ERP (Coll Poll) will be sent to the official email ID.
    • 4. Login to the ERP account, fill the ERP form, and note the Application Number for future reference.
