Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fee Refund Policy for Admission Cancellation – AY 2025-26

As per the UGC circular D.O. No. F.2-71/2022(CPP-II) C-114546 dated 12th June 2024, the refund of fees on cancellation of admission shall be as follows:

General UGC Guidelines
S. No. Percentage of Refund of Fees* Point of Time When Notice of Withdrawal of Admission is Received in the HEI
1 100% 15 days or more before the formally-notified last date of admission
2 90% Less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of admission
3 80% 15 days or less after the formally-notified last date of admission
4 50% 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after the last date of admission
5 0% More than 30 days after the formally-notified last date of admission
University-Specific Refund Policy (AY 2025-26)
Time Period Refund Policy
Till 30th September 2024 100% Refund
From 1st October 2024 to 31st October 2024 Refund after deduction of ₹1000/- only
From 1st November 2024 onwards No refund

Download the cancellation form & take the print of it and fill it and send along with Application form, fee payment Recipts, cancelled chaque on cancellation@dypiu.ac.in
