D. Y. Patil International University proudly inaugurated its Semiconductor Fabrication Laboratory on 5th February 2026. The prestigious inauguration ceremony was graced by Dr. V. Narayanan, Chairman of ISRO, marking a significant milestone in the university’s journey toward advancing semiconductor education and research. The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with Class 10K and Class 100K clean room environments, providing students and researchers with industry-grade infrastructure to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication and device development. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Chancellor Dr. Sanjay D. Patil, Trustee Shri Tejas Patil, and Vice Chancellor Prof. Manish Bhalla, whose presence underscored the university’s commitment to fostering innovation, research excellence, and technological leadership.
